We made biscotti, pasta, pork, roasted potatoes, ravioli, eggplant spread, aromatic meat sauce and a liver pate. It was so much fun and we learned so much in a 5 hr session, including the eating and the wine drinking! So now we are anxious to try some of these dishes in our own kitchen!
